Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Ball (born November 24, 1981) is an American political commentator. She was a former politician, as well a TV host on MSNBC, a frequent contributor for The Huffington Post, and former cohost of The Hill’s Rising along with Saagar Enjeti. Enjeti and Ball announced in the month of May that they would be leaving the show to launch their own show, Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball is co-hosting Krystal Kyle & Friends. Her guest appearances include on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball says that her political interest due to her experience as pregnant during the 2008 presidential primaries, and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election during her time in Jordan. She was able to see the impact that it had on people in her country and developed an appreciation of the global reach of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st district in the year 2010. She lost to Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. From June 2012 until July 2015, she was host of The Cycle, an MSNBC program The Cycle. She established the People's House Project, an action committee working for Democratic causes in May 2017.
